On the 5th floor, the Sea Sens restaurant, headed up by Arnaud Tabarec, features sumptuous decoration combining mosaics and frescoes of flowers symbolising the five continents. The restaurant has a magnificent view over the Suquet district and is enhanced by a bar covered in mother of pearl and the magnificent sundeck. The menu was designed to surprise guests and invite them on a journey, thanks to the clever use of spices, for a perfect command of flavours which are both close and distant. Jérôme De Oliveira, World Pastry Champion, creates the dessert menu, ending your meal on a divinely sweet note.
The Sea Sens restaurant is opened for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, and Saturday night with Finger Food.
